I can’t think of an easier thing to make that tastes good, is good for you, and is easy on the pocketbook.
You’ll need:
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1.5 cans whole milk (use the same can to measure)
1 can just-short-of-boiling water
1 small container plain yogurt
Stir everything together with a whisk until well combined. Pour the mixture through a sieve for a smooth, lump-free texture. Divide into glass jars.
Turn on your yogurt maker and let the culture incubate for 8 hours. Then transfer the jars to the fridge for at least 4 hours.
